1960s Aberdeen Harbour Art - Old Trawlers & Fishing Boats - Nautical Decor Print - Winter Scene

1960s Aberdeen Harbour Trawlers & Winter Scene Print

£14.95

This print of a winter scene, inspired by an original painting, depicts Aberdeen Harbour in the 1960s when the harbour still hosted a fleet of trawlers. (I also took the original 35mm colour transparency on which the painting was based. (NB I was very young at the time.)

The scenery features fishing boats and harborside buildings, some of which have been lost to time as the oil industry reshaped the area. Based on the artist's own photographs, this handcrafted studio print uses acid-free paper and pigment inks for exceptional color fidelity and durability. Available in A3 or A4 sizes, this print is conveniently sized for standard frames and securely packed in a sturdy tube for safe delivery.

This art print is made at all stages here in my own studio in Scotland. This means the original painting> scanning> paper selection> printing> packing/posting is all my own work! (Except that my wife Johanna is ace at safe packing.)

It also means I am offering you a faithful reproduction of my original artwork with no loss in colour, clarity or detail. What makes your fine art print top quality? The pigment inks don't fade over time.

The print size is A3 (297 x 420 mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches) or A4 (210 x 297 mm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches) - depending on your order. The paper size has been chosen to fit "standard" easy to purchase good value frames. Please note, this print will be securely packaged and sent in a sturdy cardboard tube.
